Lord of the Wort 2

Lord of the Wort returns.This time we challenge you to home brew some Sorceress Sour wort (registrants will be emailed the worts details).  Please drop off your clean carboys at our taproom by Sunday January 10th. Pick-up will be either the 11th or the 12th of Janurary (because it's a Kettle Sour, we may need more time for the pH to drop). Participants will be emailed when their carboy is ready for pick up. 

Since we are in the midst of a pandemic, obviously we can't have a brew party like last year. Instead, we will be conducting this as a simple drop-off  and pick-up. Just drop off a clean carboy, we fill it with fresh kettle sour wort, and you come pick it up. 

We will also be doing another contest. This time we ask participant to drop off two bottles of their homebrew sour to our taproom by the end of February. We will pick our favorite brew that we think we can recreate and brew a commercial batch of it. All the honor, glory, and internet fame you could want.
