For many people, the taproom is their first introduction to New Level Brewing. We are looking for someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming, memorable experience and who can represent our brand with energy, professionalism, and personality.

This role is ideal for someone who leads by example and is excited to be hands-on in all areas of the taproom — from serving customers and managing staff to keeping inventory organized, creating social media content, and making sure the space looks its best every day.

  • Supervise, train, and support taproom staff

  • Manage taproom inventory, restocking, and ordering needs

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the taproom

  • Create and post content for social media, including stories, photos, reels, and event promotion

  • Help plan and execute events, promotions, and special releases

  • Handle customer questions, concerns, and issues professionally

  • Coordinate with the production and sales teams to ensure strong product knowledge and communication

  • Open and close the taproom, complete cash-outs, and ensure policies and procedures are followed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality, retail, taproom, bar, or customer service leadership

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable taking initiative and working independently

  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

  • A strong sense of responsibility and willingness to jump in wherever needed

  • Comfortable using social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook

  • Available to work evenings and weekends

  • ProServe certification required

  • Previous management experience is an asset, but not required

Compensation ranges from $20–25/hour depending on experience.
